excellent Hotel experience

great location comfortable hospitality engaging entertainment readily available beach

i found the location great, and our early check-in request was confirmed. the hotel provided comfortable hospitality. the entertainment was engaging. i appreciated the cleanliness and the variety of food and readily available beach access. everything worked well.

the airport transfer i used was delayed, and the car seemed to be a personal vehicle rather than an official hotel car, which raised a slight security concern.

clean towels tidy space

the hotel boasts five swimming pools that were very well maintained i found many spots to relax throughout the premises the rooms were cleaned daily that was very helpful too elsayed mokhtar who cleaned my room was always available. i greatly appreciated his high standard cleaning it was always a pleasure to return to such a tidy space. hassan gamal helped set me up by the pool daily it made my time there very relaxing he checked on me often ensuring i had everything i needed

the animation schedule often overlapped with dinner times i missed out on some activities

sewage smell poor food

The beach offered a nice view of the coral reef.

My room's air conditioning emitted a strange smell. It was similar to sewage. the food lacked variety, and its quality was quite poor in the main restaurant. These issues detracted from the overall experience.
